2. Designed with Trapezoidal-Flat (TP) tooth geometry, it effectively eliminates workpiece burr and chip adhesion, delivering smooth, mirror-grade cutting surface without aluminum melting.
3. Optional outer diameter, arbor bore and tooth count available; matched for CNC cutting machines, double milling machines and horizontal panel saws to satisfy different industrial aluminum processing requirements.

1. Outer diameter optional 255‑600mm: 255‑355mm for thin aluminum profile cutting; 405‑600mm for heavy‑duty cutting of thick and large aluminum extrusions.
2. Inner bore available in 25.4mm for small CNC / single‑head saw, and 30mm for heavy horizontal panel saw and double milling machine spindles.
