This TCT adjustable scoring saw blade adopts unique Conical Scoring Tooth, specially designed as auxiliary scoring blade for sliding table saw to prevent panel chipping during cutting.
It supports adjustable cutting width by changing spindle position, achieving zero-chipping cutting effect and protecting veneered panel edges.
Widely applied to pre-scoring laminated panels, veneer boards and fireproof boards for cabinet and panel processing workshops.

Outer diameter range:120-200mm to match different sliding table scoring machines.
Inner bore:20/22/25.4/30/45/50/55/75mm, body/tip thickness:2.8-5.7mm for firm and stable mounting.
Tooth quantity:24/36 teeth optional to meet various panel pre-scoring finish requirements.
