Blade size selection: BD-MTD-0110 to BD-MTD-0185 (110-185mm) for portable cut-off saws on thin-wall tubing and light profiles up to 40mm; BD-MTD-0235 to BD-MTD-0355 (235-355mm, 10-14") for standard dry-cut chop saws and circular saws on pipe and structural steel up to 100mm; BD-MTD-0405 to BD-MTD-0600 (405-600mm) for stationary industrial saws on large sections and heavy structural steel.

Tooth count by material and finish: choose 28-48 teeth for fast rough cuts on thick-wall tubes and solid bars where chip evacuation is priority; choose 54-80 teeth for general-purpose cutting on steel pipe, angle iron and profiles; choose 84-120 teeth for finish cuts on thin-wall tubing and stainless steel, producing burr-free surfaces ready for welding.
3. Arbor and body matching: 22.23mm arbor fits portable pipe cutters; 25.4mm arbor matches mid-range chop saws; 32mm arbor is for heavy-duty industrial circular saws and automatic lines. Thin 1.2-1.8mm body suits light-duty portable tools; 2.8-4.0mm thick body handles continuous production runs.
