1. Blade size selection: BD-HSS-0250/0285 (250-285mm) for small tubes and profiles up to 80mm on portable cut-off machines; BD-HSS-0315/0350/0375 (315-375mm) for medium bars and pipes up to 150mm; BD-HSS-0400/0425/0500 (400-500mm) for large sections and heavy-wall tubes on stationary cold saws.
2. Tooth count by material: choose higher tooth counts (280-390) for steel, stainless steel and iron where fine chip load is required; choose lower tooth counts (160-220) for aluminum, copper, plastic and acrylic to improve chip evacuation and prevent material loading.
3. Body thickness matching: 1.5-2.0mm thin body fits light-duty portable cutters and low-power saws; 3.0-3.5mm thick body is built for continuous production on industrial cold saws with higher motor power and feed rate.
4. Re-sharpening benefit: the solid HSS construction can be re-sharpened 10-20 times, extending total service life far beyond disposable TCT blades and lowering cost per cut on small-batch multi-material cutting.
