Blade diameter by cutting depth: BD-RSP-0115/0125 (115-125mm) for angle grinders and compact wall chasers on 15-25mm deep electrical grooves; BD-RSP-0158/0168/0180 (158-180mm) for handheld wall chasers on 25-40mm deep channels; BD-RSP-0210/0230 (210-230mm) for mid-size wall chasers and concrete saws on grooves up to 60mm.
2. Segment width by wall type: 1.4-1.9mm narrow segments suit brick walls, lightweight panels and sand-lime blocks for clean narrow grooves; 2.0-2.6mm wider segments handle C30-C40 reinforced concrete where chip evacuation and groove stability matter under rebar contact.
3. Equipment compatibility: the standard 22.23mm arbor fits common angle grinders, wall chasers and concrete cutting saws; 15mm segment height on the 115-180mm models and 17mm height on the 210-230mm models balance sharpness and working life across the range.
4. Cutting result: the guard-tooth design prevents segment chipping when hitting rebar, safer than standard turbo blades; the blade runs both dry and wet, suiting indoor renovation with dust collection as well as outdoor cutting with water cooling.
