Application Scope
Precision cutting of porcelain tile, marble, granite and thin tile up to 1.5cm thickness, plus polished tiles, full-body tiles and other ceramic and stone tile materials.

Angle grinder, manual tile cutter, electric tile saw, wet stone cutting machine.
Notes：
Wet cutting is recommended to extend blade life and reduce dust. When dry cutting with an angle grinder, apply light feed pressure and allow the blade to cool periodically to avoid overheating the thin turbo segments. Do not twist or bend the ultra-thin blade during cutting.

- Hot sintered technology: high-temperature sintering bonds the diamond matrix uniformly for higher diamond retention, continuous self-sharpening and much longer life than electroplated thin blades.
- Super thin tensioned core: the precision-tensioned thin steel core resists heat warping and vibration during continuous cutting - no deformation, no burning teeth, stable cutting feel.
- 10mm segment height - 25% taller than standard tile blades - extends service life for long production runs; the wide 110-350mm size range covers angle grinders, tile cutters and wet stone saws.
