LRS Ring Saw Blades - For Reinforced Concrete Cutting
Product Features
- Centerless ring design is driven by drive wheels on the inner rim - with no arbor hub blocking the cut, the blade reaches far deeper than conventional discs: a 14" (370mm) ring blade delivers approx. 10" (250mm) cutting depth.
- Heavy-duty 4.2-4.6mm laser welded segments with 12mm height are engineered for reinforced concrete, cutting through concrete and rebar with stable performance and long service life.
Application Scope
Deep cutting of reinforced concrete walls, slabs, door and window openings, duct and piping chases, and other deep masonry cutting work.
Applicable Equipment
Handheld ring saw (gas or electric), ring saw rig.
Notes:
Match the blade to your ring saw model and check drive wheel wear before each use - worn drive wheels cause slippage and loss of cutting power. Wet cutting is recommended to cool the segments and control dust. Inspect the ring for cracks or segment damage before mounting. Wear full PPE including dust mask, face shield, gloves and hearing protection; ensure guards are fitted before operation.
Product Overview
- Ring saw technology: unlike conventional hub-mounted blades, the ring blade rotates on drive rollers inside the ring, so the entire center of the blade can enter the cut - reaching depths a same-size circular saw cannot, approaching chain saw depth at lower cost and with a straighter, more stable cut.
- Reinforced concrete grade: the thick 4.2-4.6mm segments use a tough bond matrix that holds up against steel rebar and hard aggregate without glazing or segment loss.
- 12mm segment height maximizes total cutting meters per blade - 50% taller than standard construction blades - keeping the saw working through deep wall and slab openings.
- Six size steps from 370mm to 520mm cover handheld ring saws and ring saw rigs for wall openings, door/window cut-outs and deep slab cutting.
Additional Features
- Blade diameter by job: BD-LRS-0370 (370mm/14", two bond variants) for handheld ring saws on wall openings and duct/piping chases with up to approx. 250mm depth; BD-LRS-0390/0410/0425 (390-425mm) for deeper wall cutting on reinforced concrete up to approx. 290mm depth; BD-LRS-0450/0520 (450-520mm) for maximum-depth cutting of thick walls and slabs.
- Ring blade advantage: less overcut at corners than chain saws, straighter and faster cuts in deep concrete, and the blade can plunge-cut anywhere in the wall without pre-drilled starter holes.
- Drive system: the inner rim is machined to precise diameter to match standard ring saw drive wheels - install per machine manual and keep drive wheels clean and unworn for maximum power transfer.
- Cutting result: clean, straight, deep cuts through reinforced concrete, brick and block walls; the laser welded 12mm segments maintain depth accuracy and deliver long life even with intermittent rebar contact.
