Descripción General
This industrial PCD conical adjustable scoring saw blade adopts high-rigidity steel substrate and premium polycrystalline diamond cutting tips, with service life up to 30 times longer than ordinary TCT scoring blades. It features adjustable scoring width design, specially developed for pre-scoring MDF, chipboard and veneered plywood to prevent surface veneer chipping during panel sizing. This conical PCD scoring cutter perfectly matches table saw, precision sliding table saw and panel sizing saw equipment, widely deployed in cabinet manufacturing, wood panel processing and furniture production factories.
