1. Blade diameter by cut depth: BD-LCB-0300/0350 (300-350mm) for handheld cut-off saws and compact floor saws on cuts up to 100mm deep; BD-LCB-0400/0450 (400-450mm) for mid-size walk-behind saws on 100-150mm deep slabs; BD-LCB-0500 (500mm) for large floor saws on cuts up to 200mm deep.
2. Segment width by concrete type: 3.2mm segments on 300-400mm blades suit general cured concrete slabs; 3.6mm on the 450mm model handles reinforced concrete with light rebar; 4.2mm on the 500mm model is built for heavy reinforced concrete and high-volume production.
3. Equipment compatibility: the uniform 25.4mm arbor bore fits walk-behind floor saws, handheld cut-off saws and masonry saws directly, without reducer rings across the entire range.
