Descripción General
This industrial coated HSS saw blade is made of fully heat-treated high-speed steel substrate with integrated one-piece tooth structure, equipped with multi-layer anti-high-temperature coating to boost heat resistance and impact toughness. It delivers low-vibration, burr-free stable cutting for carbon steel, stainless steel, iron pipe, aluminum profile, copper alloy, PVC plastic, acrylic sheet and thin solid wood materials. Re-sharpenable HSS cutting blade greatly reduces long-term tool replacement cost, widely matched with metal circular cutting machines, multi-purpose cutting saw equipment for metal processing workshops, plastic fabrication factories and wood thin-board production lines.
